What is the difference between PDF and XML? Why do we not use PDF?
The difference between PDF and XML is that information in XML is much more liquid than PDF. XML allows for a central database of information, therefore when changes need to be made to the data it only has to be made in one place. XML also allows for a much more stable share of information with its platform independence.
